Open MyJio or the Jio website and sign in through the operator’s own flow. Choose your mobile or home connection to see its plan information.
Review the active plan and any queued recharge before purchasing another pack. Account-specific information belongs in the official app; PlanHub does not need your phone number or OTP.
If a recharge is missing, contact the operator through its official support channels.
